Overview
BNKIS, a corporate-level interior works and fabrication company, manages complex projects involving multiple teams, job sites, and resources. Their operations span from initial client inquiry through project completion, encompassing design, procurement, fabrication, installation, and quality control. Without a unified system, they struggled to maintain visibility across all projects and efficiently allocate their workforce and materials.
We developed a comprehensive CRM that efficiently handles tickets, bookings, projects, and resources across multiple job sites. The platform provides real-time visibility into labor allocation, project progress, material tracking, and operational workflows. This enables BNKIS to deliver quality interior and fabrication services while maintaining complete control over their workforce, inventory, and project timelines, ultimately improving profitability and client satisfaction.

Challenges
BNKIS faced significant challenges in coordinating multiple simultaneous projects across different locations. Project managers had no real-time visibility into labor availability, making it difficult to allocate skilled workers effectively. Material procurement and tracking were manual processes, often leading to project delays due to material shortages or over-ordering.
The ticketing system for maintenance and change requests was paper-based and prone to delays. Financial tracking per project was difficult, making it hard to identify which projects were profitable and which were costing them money. Timesheets were manually collected and prone to errors, affecting payroll accuracy and project cost calculations. Quality control checkpoints were inconsistently applied, and there was no centralized repository for project documentation, designs, and approvals.
Solutions
We architected a robust enterprise CRM system tailored specifically for interior works and fabrication operations. The project management module features comprehensive project planning with milestone tracking, Gantt charts and timeline visualization, resource allocation dashboard showing real-time labor availability, automated task assignment based on skills and availability, and progress tracking with photo documentation.
The ticketing system handles client change requests, maintenance tickets, internal work orders, and automated escalation for overdue items. The resource management module provides a labor management dashboard with skill tracking, equipment and tool inventory, material procurement and tracking, vendor management, and subcontractor coordination. The system's financial module tracks project-wise cost and revenue, automated invoicing based on project milestones, expense tracking and approval workflows, and profitability analysis per project and client.
Quality control features include customizable inspection checklists, photo and document upload at each checkpoint, defect tracking and resolution workflows, and client sign-off and approval management. A mobile app enables field workers to clock in/out at job sites, view daily task assignments, report progress with photos, raise material requests, and log issues in real-time. The platform includes comprehensive reporting with project status dashboards, labor utilization reports, material consumption analytics, and financial performance metrics, giving BNKIS complete operational control and visibility.
