Eduget One, an Australia-based immigration solution provider, needed a comprehensive digital transformation to streamline their complex operations and enhance client experience. They were managing immigration services manually across multiple disconnected systems, resulting in inefficiencies, communication gaps, and limited scalability.
We developed a complete SaaS suite featuring 4 integrated modules that revolutionized their business operations. The platform includes a powerful CRM with integrated WhatsApp, video conferencing, and email services; an AI-based mobile app for customers; a comprehensive Financial & Accounting module; and a robust Marketing module. This customizable solution manages every aspect of their immigration business operations, from initial client contact to final case resolution, creating a scalable platform ready for the evolving needs of the immigration services industry.

Challenges
Eduget One faced several critical challenges: Their existing systems were fragmented, requiring staff to switch between multiple platforms for CRM, communication, accounting, and marketing. Client communication was scattered across email, WhatsApp, and phone calls with no centralized tracking. Document management was manual and error-prone, leading to compliance risks. Financial tracking lacked real-time visibility, making it difficult to monitor cash flow and profitability per case.
Additionally, they needed AI-powered features to automate repetitive tasks, personalize client interactions, and provide intelligent recommendations. The system had to be highly customizable to adapt to changing immigration laws and business processes, while also being scalable to support their growth across multiple regions in Australia.
Solutions
We architected and developed a comprehensive 4-module SaaS platform using the MERN stack, ensuring seamless integration and real-time data synchronization across all modules. The CRM module features integrated WhatsApp Business API for direct client messaging, embedded video conferencing for virtual consultations, automated email campaigns, and a complete ticketing system for case management.
The AI-powered mobile app empowers clients with document upload and verification, application status tracking, intelligent chatbot support, and personalized recommendations based on their profile. The Financial & Accounting module provides automated invoicing and payment tracking, expense management, profitability analysis per case, and integration with popular accounting software. The Marketing module includes lead capture and nurturing, campaign management across multiple channels, analytics and ROI tracking, and automated follow-ups.
We implemented advanced AI features including natural language processing for document extraction, predictive analytics for case success rates, and intelligent workflow automation. The platform is built with multi-tenancy support, role-based access control, comprehensive audit trails for compliance, and a flexible customization framework that allows Eduget One to adapt quickly to regulatory changes and new business requirements.
